I think it is going to calm down a little bit soon and I will find sometime, somewhere to put some more info on here. I will get a couple pictures up and start telling you all about the fun and transitions you will be making soon. Keep your grades up back home and do well and pay attention in AP classes because that kind of credit will really be of help up here.

About me

Hi,
My name is Nolan Stehr and I am a freshman at North Carolina State University and planning to major in Textile Engineering (Product Design). I am currently an undecided major in the College of Textiles but plan to transfer in the College of Engineering soon and major in the Product Design branch of the major. I graduated from East Rowan High School in Salisbury, North Carolina. I am 17 years old and I am on the varsity track team for NCSU, I do all the throws and would be more than willing to help anyone interested in doing a sport here....it's a pretty cool thing. I am a huge fan of sports and have been an N.C. State fan since birth. My mother and father both graduated from here and I have kind of been destined to come here. I really love the college and the facilities and faculty that it has to offer. It really is one of a kind and I highly recommend anyone who thinks or has heard the very untrue statement of there being "too much brick" to come look around the brand new centennial campus and see just how much brick you can find. I am not at all saying that NCSU is lacking in brick but it is a part of the history of this school and it shouldn't at all be a turn of for someone interested in the College of Textiles or any other College here. It is a friendly atmosphere here and there are always places and things to do and people to help....particularly in the College of Textiles. I can't say enough good things about whats happening and what is offered by this college but I am sure I will talk plenty about it in later posts. If you have any questions I would love to hear them, you can email me at njstehr@ncsu.edu or packmanncsu@gmail.com.
